Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst based in West Los Angeles, CA with hybrid in-office (Mon-Wed) and remote (Thu-Fri) responsibilities. You will oversee annual budgeting and monthly reporting processes, participate as a key finance stakeholder across business units, prepare journal entries, support close and variance analysis, and develop data-driven insights using Oracle and Power BI. The role requires evaluating ROI and profitability of capital investments, updating product-line profitability, and communicating financial performance to senior leadership. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, external data sources) and experience in a manufacturing/food-beverage environment are highly valued. 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree are required; this position offers a salary range of $100,000-$110,000 with potential discretionary bonus and comprehensive wellness and development programs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with pivot tables, formulas and external data sources
- ERP Systems Experience
- Experience with financial analysis, cost accounting is preferred
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations
