Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for producing monthly financial reports and Runoff forecast models, managing payment approvals for TPA arrangements, and driving automation and efficiency improvements using Alteryx, Power BI, and Qlik Sense; focuses on timely month-end deliverables, trend/variance analysis, and recommendations for process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Ability to analyze financial information and identify trends/variances
- Experience in building or working with forecast models (Runoff segment models)
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, and Qlik Sense for data preparation, visualization, and automation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting recommendations
- Ability to manage and improve payment approval processes for arrangements
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives in finance
