Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst at Polaris Inc. responsible for overseeing raw material and finished goods inventory reporting, month-end consolidation, capital reporting and forecasting, and supporting plant P&L performance through variance analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams (SIOP, Materials, Plant Controllers, Corporate Finance). Requires translating data into actionable insights, maintaining automated reporting processes, and driving visibility for operational decision making. Core competencies include advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), experience with Power BI/OneStream/Alteryx, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience. Role is not sponsor-eligible and is designated as hybrid in Minnesota.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of V lookups and pivot tables
- Experience with financial systems such as Power BI, OneStream, or Alteryx
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and plans
