Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making. Partners with business unit leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, drive sales growth, profitability, and efficiency improvements. Develops and maintains financial models and dashboards, oversees budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzes revenue, costs, margins, and profitability, and supports pricing and investment evaluations. Must demonstrate ability to present data clearly, work with cross-functional teams, and use initiative to enhance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a business unit or commercial environment
- Relevant Third Level Degree & Qualified CIMA, ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with SAP, BW, Power BI, Oracle HFM, and PBCS preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required
