Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support strategic planning and operational performance. Will develop forecasts and budgets, build and maintain structured reporting templates and complex financial models primarily in Excel, perform monthly variance analyses, support CAPEX evaluations, and assist in hedge program management to minimize financial risks. Collaborates with regional management and cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to translate data into actionable insights, drive process automation, and provide financial guidance for strategic decisions. CPA/CMA/CFA/MBA or MS in Finance preferred; Hyperion Essbase, Cognos TM1, or IBM Planning Analytics experience beneficial. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 5-7 years of experience in Finance
