Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment analysis. Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights. Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and inventory valuation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. Assist in implementing and optimizing ERP and financial systems. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. SAP experience is mandatory; Power BI experience a plus; 5+ years of financial analysis in manufacturing or industrial environments; Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems. Translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- SAP experience mandatory
- Power BI experience a plus
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
