Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting across multiple functions. Partners with business leaders to communicate financial performance, develop functional KPI reporting, and contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year financial plans. Performs ad-hoc analyses, supports monthly financial close, reconciles data across systems, and drives continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting. Requires strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, and proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, GAAP understanding, and advanced Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle PBCS, Power BI, or Hyperion is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5-10 years of experience
- Energy/Utility industry experience is a plus
