Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for a Vancouver-based real estate development group. Focus on project FP&A, development proformas, financial modelling, capital planning, and project feasibility analysis. Collaborate with development, construction, sales, marketing, and finance teams across the full lifecycle of large-scale projects. Requires 3+ years in real estate development finance or related fields; strong Excel and financial modelling skills; CPA or CFA designation completed or in progress is highly desirable. Beautiful Vancouver office with long-term growth potential and exposure to multi-phase projects; compensation includes bonus and benefits. Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development finance, project finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills are essential
- Experience building development proformas and cash flow models
- Exposure to real estate development, construction, or large-scale project environments preferred
- CPA or CFA designation completed or in progress is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think commercially and strategically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Curiosity around technology, process improvement, and AI tools is considered an asset
