Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance - FP&A

Job Summary
Build, maintain, and fully own components of the consolidated financial model across annual operating, long-range, and quarterly forecast cycles. Run the forecast cycle end-to-end, forming a point of view on plan risks, upside, and leadership actions. Construct frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions. Own executive-facing deliverables including the Weekly Business Review, monthly OpEx review, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials. Build decision-ready analyses explaining actuals versus plan and forecast at consolidated and segment levels. Partner with category, marketing, and ops finance to synthesize inputs into a coherent corporate view. Define KPIs, develop scorecards, and automate reporting. Identify opportunities to improve planning infrastructure using AI and automation. Requires 5+ years in strategic finance or FP&A; reports to the Director of FP&A.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting
- Exceptional financial modeling skills, including building consolidated P&L and scenario models from scratch
- The ability to manipulate large datasets is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership
