Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, responsible for delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and clear financial storytelling. Key responsibilities include acting as an FP&A partner to various programs, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights, and translating data into narratives that support decision-making. The role involves ownership of monthly and rolling forecasts, developing Power BI dashboards, and improving data quality and consistency across financial systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Corporate FP&A with proficiency in financial reporting and analysis and familiarity with US GAAP required
- High degree of attention to detail and organization
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, power user of Excel & Power BI
- Familiarity with systems such as Sage, Concur, Salesforce, Adaptive
- Financial statement familiarity and acumen
- Advanced analytical experience and ability to assess alternatives
- Hands on experience with data and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
