Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews evaluating performance against financial budgets and annual budgets, cash flows, and valuation projections. Partner across business functions to identify risks, efficiencies, and cost savings, then present recommendations to executives and support the monthly close cycle with the accounting team. Leverage systems to create corporate reporting on key financial statement components and metrics, while performing ad-hoc analysis as needed. Assist with weekly bank reporting requirements and drive continuous improvement in business operations processes to support strategy execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis
- Knowledge of computers, including Internet, e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) abilities
- In-office position based in Charlotte, NC
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
