Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial planning, profitability assessment, and client/matter analytics. Performs break-even analyses, trend comparisons (monthly/quarterly/year-over-year), and develops data-driven recommendations to support management and practice groups. collaborates with Partners and Practice Directors to align financial goals, supports business development insights from client financial performance, builds and maintains complex financial models, and analyzes pricing arrangements in the RFP process. Requires familiarity with technology tools (e.g., 3E billing system, Power BI, data cubes, dashboards) and the ability to work with multiple Finance teams to improve reporting and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent)
- Minimum of five years of financial analysis experience in legal or related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial systems, data cubes, and dashboards
- Ability to work independently and within a global team
- Ability to present information verbally and in writing and influence stakeholders
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
