Job Summary
Track all T&E S&T investment program documentation, budgets, and transactions for every project and subproject. Produce programmatic and financial performance assessments based on field input to support investment decisions. Develop and maintain tools for tracking program performance to enable financial and programmatic choices. Establish contact with programmatic leads, the TRMC CFO, and MIPR analysts to monitor financial transactions and data. Archiving programmatic information using best practices. Provide snapshots of program status, budget obligations, expenditures, and accruals to project future performance and execute what-if exercises.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of prior directly relevant experience
- Relevant Department of Defense financial management experience
- Keen understanding of federal government budget/accounting systems, processes, procedures, and regulations
- Federal financial database familiarity
- Strong analytic, administrative, communication, computer, and organizational skills
- Strong financial management and planning skills
- Ability to initiate, facilitate, and maintain sensitive relationships
- Ability to produce data products and briefings for senior level leaders
- Must be a team player skilled with resolving conflicts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Hard-working, dependable and able to work without direct supervision
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret Level
