Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Lead annual operating budget development and independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned operational departments. Build complex forecasting models, scenario analyses, and long-range planning assumptions to support decision-making while owning variance analysis to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Partner with operational leadership to develop actionable plans, evaluate financial impacts of initiatives, and design executive dashboards and performance reporting tools. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports that translate operational activities into measurable financial outcomes, leveraging business intelligence tools to transform data sets into actionable recommendations. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior directors by presenting findings, developing business cases, and mentoring junior analysts on planning methodologies and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Information Systems
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives, complex implementations, and cross-functional transformation efforts
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition and Financial Reporting

Desired Qualifications
