Job Summary
Serve as a finance business partner within the organization, responsible for month-end reporting and analysis, including profit and loss statements and KPIs. Perform variance analysis, develop budgets and forecasts, and manage departmental spending. Strong analytical skills and communication skills are essential for collaborating with management and department heads. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial systems is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 5 - 10 years of progressive, professional experience with financial analysis or corporate finance
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Exposure to oil & gas industry and manufacturing environment preferred
