Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst in the Retailer Pod responsible for end-to-end financial modeling for retailer partnerships, including pricing strategies, incentive structures, unit economics, and ROI analyses with scenario and sensitivity testing. Build and maintain driver-based forecasts, establish KPIs, and create scalable templates, dashboards, and executive-ready materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Legal to ensure policy alignment and accurate financial treatment. Requires 4+ years in Strategic Finance/FP&A or related fields, a Bachelor's in a quantitative discipline, advanced financial modeling and SQL skills, experience with Looker/Tableau, and a track record in evaluating commercial partnerships and presenting recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting supporting commercial deals or growth initiatives in technology, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or retail
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including driver-based models, cohort and retention analysis, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
- Proficiency in SQL for self-serve analysis and experience with a BI tool (e.g., Looker or Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience evaluating or structuring commercial partnerships or contracts (pricing, unit economics, and ROI modeling) and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
