Job Summary
Analyze P&L statements and rent rolls to assess Commercial Real Estate assets, specifically Manufactured Housing. Manage databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and key real estate metrics. Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends to write market intelligence for marketing materials. Prepare analytical results, including graphics and charts, for client-facing documents and presentations. Occasionally present findings to clients and build relationships to address team market intelligence needs. Requires strong Excel modeling skills, data analytics proficiency, and Adobe Creative Suite experience. This role supports Berkadia's investment sales platform, leveraging local expertise and capital markets knowledge to drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills - experience with VBA and complex formulas
- Skilled in data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and industry trends
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas effectively through writing and data visualization
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
