Job Summary
Analyze, understand, and report on key financial and business trends for the Washington Montana Providence Clinical Network. Collect, research, and organize financial and operational data to create monthly financials, variances, and trending analyses. Work with physicians and advanced practice practitioners on compensation-related matters, ensuring clinician compensation is reconciled and administered according to employment agreements. Provide guidance, assistance, and training to fellow finance team members and operational leadership while applying advanced knowledge of accrual-based accounting and payroll logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years Analytical and Business experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- 2 years Healthcare related experience
