Job Summary
Analyze payment processing data, chargebacks, and fraud rates to identify patterns and forecast metrics like acceptance rates and customer behaviors. Develop strategies to drive growth by reviewing transaction data across card brands and gateways, proactively identifying anomalies, and recommending adjustments to processor allocation. Collaborate with the development team to implement internal e-commerce platform changes and design reporting tools for operational reviews. Build complex financial models to understand key drivers of company KPIs, including conversion rates and lifetime value, and present analysis to senior executives.
Required Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, Statistics or related degree
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, statistics, or a highly analytical finance role
- Ability to collaborate with and across teams throughout the company, including Finance, Platform, Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to drive results
- Extensive experience in building complex financial models, conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and scenario analysis
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Experience in presenting analysis to senior executives and working as a business partner across all departments
- Thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and Pivot Table proficiency and PowerPoint Skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics
- Experience with SiSense, Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Previous experience in Payments
