Job Summary
Senior Operations Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the MG-NA Operations and Supply Chain sites in Mentor & Painesville, OH. Responsibilities include leading the site’s annual operating plan, weekly forecasting, variance analysis on Loss and MOE performance, partnering with site leadership in daily/weekly/monthly operations meetings, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering interpretive and predictive financial information. The role requires preparing business cases for capital expenditures, performing month/quarter end close activities with SOX/compliance support, building BI reports, and communicating actionable insights to site leadership. Skills/experience requested include experience in a manufacturing environment, Oracle eBusiness Suite or OBIEE, strong relationship-building with Operations leadership, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years financial and/or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Competency or experience using Oracle eBusiness Suite or OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence)
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with Operations leadership teams
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency using Google Suite (including Sheets)
