Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for leading monthly and quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis and forward-looking insights; developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives; partnering with business units to analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations; owning budgeting/forecasting processes and evaluating assumptions and risks; monitoring KPIs and financial metrics, presenting findings to senior management; ensuring data integrity in financial systems and contributing to process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency; requires 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience and prior private equity ownership experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (MBA preferred); advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or D365; strong ability to work independently and influence cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Prior Private Equity ownership experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency: advanced formulas, PivotTables, scenario tools
- Proven experience building financial models and conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive to recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing business partners
- NetSuite and/or D365 experience preferred
