Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for the preparation and review of accounting and financial analysis for various business unit leadership, internal board of directors, and regional reporting, including complex journal entries and reconciliations. Lead and mentor finance team members; research and interpret changes in accounting and financial reporting policy and regulatory environment; support management with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses; drive efficiency through process improvements and more timely reporting. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and Word processing in a high-complexity environment; healthcare experience and ERP (PeopleSoft) familiarity preferred; strong communication and analytical skills and strict confidentiality of patient information.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years in finance role
