Job Summary
Conduct the monthly financial close, generate management reporting, and perform variance/trend analysis for Neuromodulation. Support annual planning by coordinating with functional groups to develop operating expense budgets and identify key business drivers. Submit functional budgets, drive cost-saving opportunities across SG&A, and respond to ad hoc queries from senior management. Provide analytical support to enable profitable growth through regular reporting and presentations. Requires 5+ years of FP&A experience and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools like Hyperion and SAP. Reports to the Associate Director, FP&A with high visibility to Neuromodulation senior staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
