Job Summary
Lead budget management for Netskope COGS including headcount planning, capital planning for data centers, and other discretionary spend budgeting. Support the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financials. Partner with COGS team members to forecast, analyze, and reconcile cloud and data center spend, including leading recurring calls. Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis for COGS leadership. Play a critical role in the annual planning process by incorporating headcount, cloud, and data center growth plans into the overall COGS plan. The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required
- CPA, CMA, or MBA highly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, navigating large data sets, and building models
- Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday (preferred)
- Deep understanding of P&L components, U.S. GAAP
- Proven business partnership skills and self-starter with analytical and presentation abilities
- Ability to present complex financial data simply to non-finance stakeholders and senior US executives
