Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst at NAVEX responsible for the FP&A territory across COGS, Product & Engineering, IT, Information Security, and Facilities. Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis end-to-end; translate leadership priorities into financial plans; build driver-based forecasts, scenario analyses, ROI cases, and resource plans; turn variance into actionable recommendations; interact with senior leadership to produce board-ready narratives and operating reviews; manage CapEx strategy for R&D and technology investments; help upgrade the FP&A function with improved models and reporting. Requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM and 5+ years in FP&A or related analytical finance roles; advanced Excel and experience with NetSuite/Planful or similar tools; strong business curiosity and ability to deliver under tight timelines; adaptable, fast-paced, and AI-curious. Starting pay is $95,000 per year with a 5% MBO; NAVEX is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM
- 5+ years in FP&A, accounting, or a similarly analytical finance role
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills
- experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools
