Job Summary
Drive the financial story for a high-impact FP&A territory covering COGS, Product, Engineering, Facilities, IT, and Information Security by owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis end-to-end. Sit with business leaders to translate priorities into financial plans, build driver-based models and scenario analyses that shape investment decisions, and turn variances into actionable recommendations. Author financial narratives and operating review materials for the CFO and board, while managing CapEx strategy for R&D and technology investments. Move at the speed of the business during forecast, budget, and close cycles using Planful, NetSuite, and Excel. Upgrade the FP&A function by sharpening models and modernizing reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field
- 5+ years in FP&A, accounting, or a similarly analytical finance role
Desired Qualifications
- experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools is a plus
- bonus points for SaaS, software, and/or PE-backed environments
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills
