Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to forecast project revenues, expenses, and cash flows. Support annual budgeting by gathering, analyzing, and consolidating financial data across departments. Perform detailed end-of-period variance analyses to identify root causes of deviations and recommend corrective measures. Prepare accurate management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior leadership. Assist with feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and strategic financial initiatives. Mentor junior team members on advanced modeling and system utilization. Drive process improvements in budgeting and reporting using Excel, SAP, and AI tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to explain financial constraints and ensure corporate-wide alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- +5 years of solid, relevant in financial Field
- Mastery of Advanced Excel (macros, complex formulas, structured modeling)
- Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial forecasting techniques, and budgeting methodologies
- Experience in KPI development, design interactive dashboards, and decision-support reporting
- Exceptional capability to dissect massive data sets, interpret financial trends, and translate numbers into strategic insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial peers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet tight deadlines independently, and quickly adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
