Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze sales performance, orders, backlog, and revenue trends to drive revenue growth and improve forecast accuracy. Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly and quarterly financial results, forecasts, and key business drivers while assisting in the annual budget and three-year financial plan. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales, orders, and operational KPIs, leveraging Salesforce data to analyze pipeline and forecast accuracy. Develop recurring reporting packages including weekly sales orders, monthly consolidated financial results, and quarterly business performance reports. Prepare executive and Board of Directors materials and perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic commercial initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboard development and data visualization
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data structures
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and/or Epicor
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, public accounting, or a manufacturing environment

- Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or similar tools
