Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for performing complex financial analyses, developing management reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, S&OP/IBP support, demand forecasting, and supply‐chain finance processes; conducting ad hoc analyses; developing and maintaining financial models; presenting financial information to management; and mentoring less‐experienced analysts. Requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ability to influence cross‐functional teams with clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related financial roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience preparing and presenting financial information to management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
