Senior Financial Analyst (Management Accounting)

Senior Financial Analyst (Management Accounting) based in Warsaw, Poland, hybrid arrangement within Linklaters’ UK & Global Head Office Finance team. Responsible for management and statutory accounting, ensuring accurate recording of transactions for specific business teams and fixed asset portfolios, and posting month-end entries into SAP as part of the London and Global Head Office monthly accounts process. Performs budgeting/forecasting, variance analyses, and headcount reporting; reconciles general ledger accounts including fixed asset and lease accounts; supports statutory accounts and external audits for UK entities; partners with business teams to advise on financial positions and project impacts; provides technical accounting insights and recommends appropriate treatments; supervises trainee/accounting staff and maintains robust audit trails. Requires a university degree in finance/accounting/economics (or related field) and ACA/ACCA qualifications or equivalent, strong English communication, and strong Excel and ERP/SAP skills; open to travel. Willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement and collaborate across global finance stakeholders.
