Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within Hasbro's Licensing Consumer Products. Partners with cross-functional teams to monitor financial targets, develop robust budgeting models, perform portfolio analysis, and deliver monthly results with actionable insights. Requires a Bachelor's in finance or related field, professional accounting designation (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), 2-5 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP, Power BI, or Longview. Hybrid work model based in Capper Street, London, with in-office presence Tue–Thu and remote Mon–Fri.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting body (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role (within the Licensing industry is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with SAP - Power BI, and Longview is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A collaborative approach with a proven ability to work effectively in a collective environment
