Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for leading manufacturing finance activities in the Greater Knoxville area. Focus on deep financial analysis, bespoke models for manufacturing operations, KPI assessments, cost-control initiatives, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and collaboration with procurement, production, and engineering to refine standard costs. Requires a strong background in FP&A/Accounting, 4+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning, and Office suite. Role emphasizes delivering insights and reports to senior management and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Master of accruals and journal entries.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial realm.
- Deep understanding of FP&A/Accounting Principals.
- Proven track record as a Financial Analyst within manufacturing.
- Excel at Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project Planning, and Office suite.
