Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst will be a key business partner to Wholesale, B2B and Overheads (HR, IT, finance), responsible for preparing financial analyses, maintaining current financial reports, and providing context and insight into data. Build methodologies to evaluate initiatives on Wholesale partners and Expenses (with a focus on G&A). Analyze historical, current and future performance trends and prepare executive-facing reports. Responsibilities include expense control, reporting and analysis; identifying risks and opportunities; monitoring wholesale performance with weekly/monthly sell-in vs forecasts; pilot gross-to-net and gross margin analysis; ad hoc P&L analyses for new wholesale operations; supporting monthly close, accruals, variances vs Budget/Forecast; generating weekly/monthly management reports; ensuring financial controls for purchase requisitions; guiding expense coding; supporting annual budget and quarterly forecasts; and developing reporting via TM1 and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling
- Retail/Wholesale experience
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Power BI and Other MS applications
- SAP or other comparable ERP system exposure, TM1
