Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range management processes while preparing detailed departmental budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts. Perform variance analysis to identify business risks and opportunities, monitor operating expenses, and support cost management initiatives alongside month-end close activities. Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting packages to track procedures, system placements, and commercial metrics. Collaborate with Commercial teams on customer ROI analysis, benchmarking, and business case development, translating performance trends into actionable recommendations for leadership. Improve reporting efficiency through automation and Tableau dashboard development, ensuring data quality and consistency across functions. Build strong relationships with Commercial, Marketing, and global stakeholders to provide proactive insights and support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Planning, Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Consulting, or related functions
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience interacting with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in Korean and English
