Job Summary
Support core financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and department-level planning while partnering with business owners to pressure-test assumptions. Own the bottoms-up operational and financial forecast model and prepare monthly performance packages for executive leadership with variance analysis and trend commentary. Partner with accounting for month-end close accuracy, deliver ad-hoc financial insights, and build scalable infrastructure for reporting and model architecture. Develop financial models to evaluate market entry, partnership structures, and contract economics, and create scenario analyses to help leadership evaluate tradeoffs and anticipate risks. Monitor performance against expectations, identify emerging risks, and translate analytical output into clear recommendations for non-finance audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth operator finance role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to mentor analyst colleagues
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Strong problem solver who can translate analytical output into plain-language conclusions for a non-finance audience
- Strong attention to detail
- Intellectually curious
