Senior Financial Analyst I for Sales Ops

Job Summary
Own critical forecasting, channel operations, and sales analytics processes, including monthly regional forecasts and revenue forecast consensus meetings. Perform revenue, sell-through, and forecast accuracy analysis while analyzing distributor data to develop dashboards for margin, inventory turns, and backlog. Support Adexa demand planning maintenance and administer third-party manufacturer rep commission programs, preparing monthly calculations and forecasts. Identify gaps in the samples process, optimize customer support routing for RFQs, and deliver training for channel partners. Ensure forecasts actively drive customer orders and support responses to supply chain constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Analytical, process-driven, and effective at partnering cross functionally
- Experience with revenue forecasting and management
- Meticulous attention to detail, data management capabilities, and driven to improve process
- Proficiency in financial reporting or business intelligence tools
- Strong modeling skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and MS Excel skills (vlookup, pivots, sumifs, macros)
- Ability to work with and understand the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bachelors + 6 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Adexa, Hyperion planning, E2Open or other demand planning experience a plus
