Job Summary
Develop monthly and quarterly financial analyses, reports, and presentations to ensure data accuracy while identifying key metrics and recommendations. Perform ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data to present trends and variances to business unit management. Create projections for budgeting and forecasting using historical trends and market changes. Manage large data sets from disparate sources for mining and research, and develop complex financial models for what-if analysis, scenario planning, and M&A activities. Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive business performance through strategic insight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or related area
- Expert in finance, economic and accounting principles and practices
- Expert in the financial markets
- Expert in financial statements
- Expert in valuation
- Expert in the analysis and reporting of financial data
- Ability to understand, manipulate and solve problems using mathematics on large data sets
- Expert on Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Solid understanding of standard concepts, practices and procedures of the business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical Thinking
