Job Summary
Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and HR leadership to manage financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Lead monthly forecast and Annual Operating Plan processes end-to-end while delivering accurate variance analysis and identifying trends to optimize financial outcomes. Perform in-depth modeling, scenario planning, and business case analysis to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Oversee financial governance activities in SAP, drive automation initiatives, and mentor junior analysts. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure GAAP compliance and close processes. Drive FP&A transformation efforts and support high-impact executive requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with robust financial modeling capabilities
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
