Job Summary
Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations for annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models while leading month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting. Monitor key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, then perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses to evaluate growth strategies. Develop executive-ready dashboards and presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews, while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to increase FP&A efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience supporting commercial, go-to-market, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing organizations
- Strong understanding of business performance metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition costs, productivity, conversion rates, or related GTM measures
- Experience with business intelligence, planning, and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
