Senior Financial Analyst, GM Defense Programs

Job Summary
Monitor, analyze, and forecast program financial performance to ensure accurate Estimates at Complete (EACs), driving revenue, cost, and resource expectations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate financial data into insights for program and financial management decisions. Prepare and maintain program baselines, rolling forecasts, P&L, and cash flow plans while incorporating contractual changes and ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements. Conduct variance analysis to actuals and develop mitigation plans for cost and schedule risks. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership to support investment and budgeting strategies using SAP and Dassian tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting/accounting concepts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within Finance/Controllership and with operating partners
- Defense or Government contracting experience
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of finance principles including ability to perform income statement analysis, cash flow statement analysis, etc.
- Knowledge of EVMS
- Financial modeling and valuation skills
