Senior Financial Analyst - Global Supply Chain Finance Center of Excellence (CoE)

Job Summary
Support monthly close, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan processes for Global Supply Chain areas by preparing standardized reports and ensuring timely, compliant financial delivery. Collaborate with Plant Controllers and Business Partners to analyze cost management, inventory variances, and supply chain initiatives. Contribute to global standardization by identifying process inefficiencies, designing improved finance workflows, and developing standard operating procedures. Drive automation initiatives and system enhancements to improve productivity and scalability while maintaining strict adherence to financial controls and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, FP&A, or Controlling
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes within a manufacturing and/or global supply chain environment
- Proven experience working in global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business performance management processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP, including finance and supply chain-related modules
- Experience with Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPB/EPM) tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and large-data analysis
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, standard costing, inventory accounting, and operational performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data quality
- Process-oriented mindset with a passion for standardization and simplification
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset with intellectual curiosity and innovation focus
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools is highly desirable
- Additional language(s) considered an advantage
