Job Summary
Coordinate month-end closing activities with head office shared services, including incentive accrual analysis and expense reviews. Perform margin analysis by tractor and monitor the minimal equity ratio to recommend mitigation actions. Prepare rolling quarterly forecasts and full-year budget models by collecting operational data, then submit management reports highlighting variances and concerns. Support year-end audit functions, review audited statements for board submission, and update delegation of authority documents. Analyze weekly and six-month cash flow reports for treasury submission and prepare ad-hoc reports for the agricultural business. Review marketing incentive plans before approval and propose process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading and managing a team that needs support and development
- Computer literate & knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good communication and command of written and spoken Thai and English
