Senior Financial Analyst, G&A

Partner with senior leadership and G&A teams on all planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. Own budgeting and forecasting processes for the People, Workplace, and Customer Zero organizations, ensuring accuracy for spend, headcount, and key metrics based on operational performance. Maintain detailed financial models tracking functional costs, prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis, and lead analysis to evaluate drivers and drive operational efficiencies. Collaborate with controllership on accruals and the close process while evolving these processes as needed. Participate in long-range strategic planning and manage ad hoc projects to support senior management decisions. Lead process and systems improvement projects to drive company growth and scaling. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager - G&A FP&A within Okta's profitable growth mode. The position is located in the San Francisco office and requires in-office work at least two days per week.
