Job Summary
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while analyzing performance to identify trends that improve profitability. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, conducting variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts. Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decisions, performing ad hoc analyses for pricing and cost-saving strategies. Enhance reporting processes through automation and ensure data integrity with compliance to company standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, four years of FP&A experience, and advanced Excel skills; offers competitive salary in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Experience supporting cross-functional business partners
- Knowledge of financial planning systems and reporting tools
