Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Prepare and analyze the income statement for Over-The-Road and Factoring businesses, driving monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and budget processes. Collaborate with peers, the general manager, and the Director of Finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting while responding to internal customer requests. Partner with Corporate Accounting to analyze monthly results, improve reporting processes through automation, and direct budget proposal preparation. Coordinate full monthly financial forecasts including matrix reporting for senior management and assist in quarterly earnings communications to the Board and investment community. Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities while maintaining awareness of global economic trends affecting growth rates, interest rates, and fuel prices. Support M&A activity through due diligence and integration analysis, and contribute to project teams from a financial standpoint.
