Job Summary
Conduct quarterly forecasting and annual planning for Life Science Operations businesses including Genomics, Stem Cell, and Cryo. Perform monthly variance analysis against actual results and collaborate with business partners to develop and evolve forecasting models. Support investment decision analysis and ensure business teams understand transactional activity to drive continuous improvement. Work within the Operations FP&A group reporting to the Director of Finance, Life Science Operations.
