Job Summary
Own the monthly reporting pack and build the budget bottom-up with spend owners; dig into cost analytics and unit economics; prep board materials; maintain a clear view of cash and runway with no surprises. CPA with 5+ years of budgeting/forecasting experience. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel; deliver reporting that senior leaders use (board decks, CFO-facing packs). Leverage modern tools, including AI, to move faster. Nice-to-have exposure to proptech, SaaS, real estate, or early-stage finance experience.
Required Qualifications
- CPA with 5+ years of progressive experience, hands-on budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel
- Experience building reporting used by senior leaders (board decks, CFO-facing packs, management reporting)
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools to accelerate work
- Nice to have: time at a larger accounting firm; proptech/SaaS/real estate exposure
