Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Job Summary
Support and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes while monitoring financial and operational performance to identify risks and drivers. Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights by building financial models and scenario analyses. Own revenue analysis for sales, pricing, and commercial initiatives, translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Act as a finance business partner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, challenging assumptions and providing data-driven insights. Consolidate data from multiple sources, develop dashboards using Qlik Sense, and continuously improve reporting processes and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and financial thinking, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of revenue analysis and business performance metrics
- Experience working with BI and reporting tools
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or subscription business
- Experience with product analytics, pricing, monetization, or commercial performance
- Experience with Qlik Sense or other BI tools
- Strong interest in turning data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Qlik Sense is a strong plus
