Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for Central Moloney and Cam Tran, developing financial models that integrate revenue, cost drivers, production metrics, and cash flow. Support monthly financial reviews through variance analysis and top-line analysis of revenue mix, customer mix, and margin profiles, while running weekly performance scorecards on backlog, bookings, and key KPIs. Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders, partnering with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive cost improvements and operational efficiency. Develop scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into commercial performance and automate financial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience, ideally within FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related finance function
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and Power Query
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cost accounting concepts, variance analysis, and financial and operational KPIs
- Experience with ERP and financial planning systems
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong financial storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex financial, commercial, and operational data into actionable insights and clearly communicate the 'why' behind business performance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with financial and non-financial stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Proactive, intellectually curious, adaptable, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multiple business units or operating locations is a plus
- Experience with Power BI, business intelligence, or data visualization tools strongly preferred
- OneStream, Anaplan, and/or Infor Syteline experience is a plus
