Job Summary
Senior Financial Systems Analyst role overseeing financial operations stability for a rapidly scaling auto lending business. Responsibilities include revenue and expense analysis, month-end close, rolling 12-month forecasts, budgeting and re-forecasts, cross-functional collaboration, preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, development of planning and reporting tools, identification of financial risks and mitigation strategies, and ad hoc financial analysis. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot), SQL, ERP/financial reporting proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Travel up to 10% and must reside within commutable distance to Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, or Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Analysis or Accounting
- Advanced Excel including Power Query and Power Pivot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the auto finance or lending industry (preferred)
- Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting applications
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries
- Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or related field
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the listed cities (Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ)
- Experience in dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau
